Experiencia fantástica: I found the place a year ago when I was new to the area and I felt welcome right away :) SUPER professional staff, Attentive and motivating who care about the athletes' progress and it shows! Abundance of equipments and machines - all in top condition. There are many classes throughout the day to fit anyone's schedule plus open gym 6 days a week.

Experiencia fantástica: The quality of coaching is top notch! They are always quick to assist in helping you modify any WOD towards your capabilities. There’s consistently a series of work happening in order to create strength and improve technique and form. The fellowship and community of this gym is powerful and positive! You quickly become family. I used to work across the street. When I transferred jobs, I ensured that my new schedule would allow me to travel back to this gym… because they have become my extended family! I drive from Arlington to workout at this gym… and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
