Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about this gym and the coaches! Every time we come, the workout is planned out for us, so all you have to do is show up and get to work. They are super encouraging and patient with you, no matter what kind of shape you’re in or level of experience you have in the gym. The workouts are challenging, but can be tailored to your personal level of fitness and capabilities. Our coaches and fellow gym members have truly become like a second family for my wife and I, as well as our kids. We all lift each other up and help strengthen and encourage one another. Our favorite thing about CrossFit Kohen is that it is Christ-centered! They have a Faith & Fitness class every other Saturday evening where we all sit down together and either have a Bible study or listen to someone share their personal testimony of Jesus’ impact in their lives. It’s really awesome to get to grow spiritually as well as physically while we’re at the gym. It’s like one of those “two birds, one stone” kind of things. Also, there is a program for kids AND there’s a community class every Saturday morning where anyone can come workout for FREE! Highly recommend this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely love this place! My husband and I go 3+ times a week. They allow us to bring our kids as well and have designated places for them. It’s so nice so we can work out and have them with us. The coaches are phenomenal and they tailor the workout to meet you at the level you are at. They encourage and push you, which sets a wonderful tone through the workouts. We will be a life long CrossFit Kohen family!

Experiencia fantástica: Hello! One of the CrossFit kids here. Now, this place is awesome! I recommend going here because it changed me mentally and physically. A time where I couldn’t deadlift 30 turned to 105 max for me! And It is a great place to go, the coaches are great! I’ve been here since summer 2020, and I’ve Changed! Thank you CrossFit.
