Experiencia fantástica: This place rules. The people are what make it so great! Crossfit is a fine program, but without proper coaching it can be very intimidating and a little dangerous. Coach Nick really emphasizes the fundamentals, and the rest of the coaches follow suit. It is all about establishing a foundation and building from there. ALL of the coaches do a fantastic job of keeping everyone's ego in check, and keeping everyone safe. The environment is encouraging, and welcoming. The gym dogs Chief and Jackson are always ready to say hello, and the members are all friendly. I can't recommend this place enough! Come by and see for yourself!

Experiencia fantástica: Crossfit Athens is a fantastic place for the whole family to get fit. The owner is super helpful, friendly, and very involved within the community. The gym itself is very nice, organized, clean, and well maintained. The members there are dedicated to not only themselves, but also to the wellbeing of each other, which is a rarity theses days. If you want to get into shape, I would highly recommend!

The community here is simply the best, and the coaches really care about helping you achieve your fitness goals. The facility is clean and organized, and the owner, Nick, is constantly investing in improvements: new equipment, on-site meal plans, and customized health classes just to name a few. Highly recommend giving it a try no matter what level of fitness you are at.

I love the competitive yet friendly atmosphere, but most of all, I love having a coach who instructs me in every workout to push myself and to hit the correct form in every move. Every coach there cares so much about you, your family, and your needs. HIGHLY recommend trying it out if you love fitness and you want to push yourself outside your comfort zone.

They provide top-notch workout classes with expert guidance, and they also focus on your health with customized nutrition classes! Each workout is able to be scaled for any fitness level, and there are always people doing different levels of skill in any one class. The people who work out here support each other, not only in the gym but in their lives outside the box. If you’re looking for a gym where people will motivate you to be your best self, you have to come try a class; you will not be disappointed!
