Experiencia fantástica: This is my fourth CrossFit gym I’ve been member of in as many cities and probably the best. Every gym claims to cater to all levels but this gym truly succeeds at that. The coaches are superb at not only programming workouts adaptable to all levels, but also following through with appropriate coaching for everyone in the class. Highly recommended!!

Coach Matt is the best, very personable and focused on helping me achieve my fitness goals. I would recommend to anyone looking to improve their health and wellness, no matter your skill level.

Experiencia fantástica: I was not sure I was going to like CrossFit. I think for a lot of people, myself included, there is a stigma to CrossFit as being intense or maybe not suited for people who aren't physically fit. Matt, the owner, dispelled those thoughts the second I walked in for my evaluation. I felt welcome, heard, safe, and empowered after my initial evaluation and I was finally excited to try working out. Not only is the staff accepting, approachable, and invested in your growth and goals, they are committed to making sure they are bringing CrossFit to you. If you need to modify workouts because you aren't physically able to perform them, they will help you find a way to build that muscle and form so that you can work towards it. They're all about meeting you where you are at. Not only is the staff great but the culture and friendly people that attend classes make it easy to connect and encourage each other. You become invested in others fitness and they become invested in yours. I won't lie and say the workouts are easy or don't push you, because they will. But that's the point of working out, you are pushing yourself to be better, do better and live better. And I've never found it so easy to push myself to be better and push my limit. I never ever ever thought I would leave a workout excited to go back or feeling anything but miserable but Archetype CrossFit has changed that for the better and I'm really thankful I took the leap of faith and gave it a try.

Experiencia fantástica: As an experienced CrossFit since 2016, I would consider my time at Archetype one of, if not the best. With three approaches to each workout (fat burn, muscle gain, or sport) you can really fit in any fitness goal. Even within each of those sectors the coaching is incredibly clear on the best way to scale specific things. This gym also has the nicest facilities in the area - hands down. Perfect for its location I am incredibly glad to be there
