Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend the cross training classes. Coach Jovanna is really knowledgeable on her work that has help me become better and has pushed me to do things I never have done before. Members are really welcoming as well.

Experiencia fantástica: As I train for my WNBF debut this gym has provided me with all the equipment necessary. Free weights, Barbells, and Machines. Above that the vibes are immaculate and I can zone in and go as hard as I want/need to. And the lady at the front Angie is very helpful
