Experiencia fantástica: Went to an event that was being hosted here to fundraise for kids with cancer. Gym looked clean and well stocked with variety of equipment/stations.

Experiencia fantástica: Within 2 1/2 months have seen excellent changes in toning and lifting, went from Zero activity to coming 3 times a week. Excellent one on one attention. No judgment and everyone is so respectful and professional.

Experiencia fantástica: An absolutely amazing gym! The coaches are well educated in what they do ! Very interested in understanding what the clients want and need . They go above and beyond to keep their clients safe and happy. It has a homey feel when you walk in . Everyone is kind and very nice . No judgement. Absolutely nothing but supportive people all around. Great equipment with a well kept clean gym all around . The racks are solid and everything looks new and clean .
