Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Capability has the best coach, enthusiastic and encouraging members, and everything you’d need to get a terrific CrossFit workout. The workouts are thoughtfully put together to have a great workout on any given day but also are put together to make sense day to day (hitting different priorities over the course of a week). I am still a beginner and am doing stuff that is new to me each day that I go, but he is able to scale workouts to maximize the benefits of the workouts from beginners like me all the way to elite athletes.
