Experiencia fantástica: Awesome gym. Really great coaches. They work really hard to make sure everyone knows exactly what they’re doing and have the mechanics correct before adding weight to heavy workouts. All the athletes at the gym help out a ton too and it’s fun competition. Crossfit can be intimidating for newer people like me but the coaches here made it easy and make each movement and workout make sense

Experiencia fantástica: I have personally been doing crossfit 4 years and taught crossfit for almost three. Moving to Crossfit Spartanburg has been a great experience. The coaching staff is helpful, knowledgeable and more than willing to answer any questions. The community and atmosphere at Crossfit Spartanburg is amazing. The coaches worked with me to scale down the exercises to meet my fitness and skill level.
