It was very out of my comfort zone to join a gym and I knew absolutely nothing about CrossFit but everyone is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and even with classes there is one in one coaching ensuring you’re moving correctly and safely.

Experiencia fantástica: The owners have hearts of gold that truly care about EACH of their members. The coaches are trained and educated to help members at all different ages and stages of life. They’ve mastered the art of challenging you as a member but not pushing you too far. They take their time, focusing on proper movement patterns to ensure you’re moving to the best of your ability. They focus on consistency not intensity; this helps prevent injuries. Overtime you’ll see that by joining this gym, you’re joining a community that is like no other! When I first started, I had a coach tell me to “give it two weeks…. It’ll change your life”. I’ve now been a member at CFC for 3 years.

Experiencia fantástica: Believe the Reviews, Zac the owner is very friendly and welcoming. The programming was spot on, the facility well rounded/spacious & the community was stellar. I came in as a drop in from out of town & several members introduced themselves, John, Joe, Jordan and a few other that I can’t remember at the moment. I got a great workout, Zac was through in his coaching & overall had an excellent experience. If you are looking for a CrossFit Home or to drop in, look no further this is the place for you.
