Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about Undivided athletics Going on 7 years at this place, and it has sincerely changed my life. Prior to coming here, I never thought I’d love exercise but here I am. The workouts are not only challenging but FUN, and will get you fit and feeling great. No matter where you are in your personal fitness, the amazing coaches will adapt to you. I never lifted a weight a day in my life before coming here, but they’ve taught me so much. I also worked out here during my entire pregnancy and the coaches adapted everything for me so I could feel comfortable and safe. GO SIGN UP you won’t regret it.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been at Undivided for Going on 3 years now and it's become the home away from home. The coaching staff have become friends and make every visit there a great time. They're there to coach you from beginning to end. Helping with every aspect from nutrition, beginner skill level, all the way to seasoned cross fitters or weight lifters. They cater to it all here. The gym is extremely clean and equipment maintained and up to date. They offer a kids CrossFit class that my 5 year old attends and LOVES it. Love everything about this place and can not recommend them enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough about this place. I started doing crossfit about 7 years ago as a supplement to my Martial Arts training, but this gym has become a much bigger part of my life since then, especially this year. I can honestly say that at the age of 45, I am in the best shape of my life, and this is after having had a major knee surgery less than a year ago. The coaches here have been a huge part of my rehabilitation as they have helped me carefully modify the workouts to be sure I was always improving without having any setbacks. The owner and coaches are constantly evaluating their fitness model to be sure that their programming is suitable for all types of people, whether they have been working out for years or walking in the door for the first time. The members are all amazing people, super supportive of one another, and will always cheer each other on. There is no intimidation here. Sweat and smiles, always!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Undivided Athletics. When I was first getting into CrossFit and functional fitness around two years ago I needed a gym to fuel my growth and fitness journey overall. Thank god I have found Undivided. This gym is nothing short of amazing. The trainers have all absolutely helped me progress and have fun in just a few years while turning into a savage. I can confidently say that not only does this jump help me grow physically, but mentally it is so, so helpful to come here after work/school and talk to some of the really kind classmates and/or wise trainers. All of the coaches here are top of the line each always having something to teach or say which can help you both under a barbell or in day to day life. I am absolutely thankful for this gym and plan to continue my fitness journey here for years to come.

Experiencia fantástica: AMAZING PLACE! Coaching Staff- Amazing Environment- Amazing Gym Space - Amazing I would give this gym 10 stars if I could. They go above & beyond when it comes to coaching. They scale all their work outs so you don't have to worry about being intimidated. The high end athletes there are incredible & super motivating individuals. I lost 10 lbs in my first 3 months of going. This place is definitely one of the best kept secrets in Bohemia!
