Experiencia fantástica: CF Glendale was my first experience with CrossFit and it has been excellent. The coaching is extremely high level. Not only do they teach and insist on proper form in all movements but they coach all ability levels effortlessly. A beginner doesn't feel like they are being ignored and the best athlete is getting pushed to improve form, technique and speed. Add a supportive family atmosphere to top notch coaching and you've found a place for lifetime fitness.
