Experiencia fantástica: I joined back in November of 2021. It is a great atmosphere to workout in. All the coaches are great and are there to help you achieve your goals. I would highly recommend if you are looking for something like this to check it out.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm quickly approaching my 5th year at SACF and just realized I never left a Google review! Time has flown since starting here, and I blame that on all the fun I've had! I was not a fit person at all before I started CrossFit, I never worked out, was not an athlete of any kind, and to be honest, was pretty sedentary prior to starting. The programming along with outstanding coaching has helped me become much healthier than when I first started, encouraged me to become part of the team, and start coaching as well, and it's helped me break out of my shell. Not only is this gym great for your physical health, but it's also great for your mental health. Could not recommend this gym enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I had to find a new gym when the one I used to attend closed its doors. StrongArm CrossFit was recommended so I tried it. I have now been a member for over 2 years and am so glad I joined! The coaches are very helpful and supportive and the other members are amazing in their support and encouragement. Anyone can join, as every exercise can be scaled to your level.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never had a better fitness or exercise experience than with StrongArm CrossFit. My only regret is that I took so long to join. Great owners, awesome coaches, and by far the best group of people you could hope to work out with.
