Experiencia fantástica: I stopped by while traveling from Switzerland as a drop-in just to get some open gym time, and could not have been more warmly welcomed. Big box, lots of space to run classes while leaving plenty of room for open gym goers. Met three coaches and a few athletes, everyone was super friendly. Great box, and I will be back whenever traveling to southern New Hampshire.

Experiencia fantástica: Great owner/coaches, excellent and very welcoming community, and a very well equipped box. If you are in this area and want to try CrossFit, this is definitely the place. I dropped-in for a workout and I’m very happy with my experience. Now I know where I will do my workouts when I’m in this region.

Experiencia fantástica: The gym is awesome. They have everything you need to get better. And the community they've built is supportive. You have people coming in just to work out and folks going to the CrossFit games. But no matter your level, everyone is super inviting and just all around good humans.

Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting Manchester for the weekend, so I contacting them to drop in for a workout. They were very friendly and accommodating. The facility is excellent. It is well equipped and spacious. The coaches were inviting. knowledgeable and motivating. I will definitely visit again when I'm back in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Joined this gym 4 years ago and have enjoyed every single day. In the best shape of my life now and looking forward to making even more progress. The team and the way this gym runs is so unique, you'd be hard pressed to find something similar. Coaches are numerous and come in a variety of flavors each with their own style of teaching and feedback. Even beyond a fitness regimen that works, I've progressively found myself making healthier choices outside the gym with support from the community and people I've met. There truly is something for everyone here.
