Experiencia fantástica: For 20 years I sat at a desk then finally retired at 68. While visiting my daughter , a crossFitter in California I got to try some classes and loved it. I was so lucky to find Coach Luke and CrossFit Diem when I got back to Overland Park. He scaled for my abilities and he and everyone there are so encouraging even when I know I have a way to go. It’s challenging but you walk out knowing you just WORKED! I couldn’t recommend CrossFit Diem or Coach Luke more. Thanks so much for their time and attention

Experiencia fantástica: Gave this gym a try with a groupon in January and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The coaching staff is amazing and I'm so happy to have a community I belong in. Let's be real...making friends as an adult is hard. Everyone here made it easy. The dynamic workouts always keep you pushing yourself, but you walk out feeling like a bad ass.

Experiencia fantástica: My only form of exercise after quitting gymnastics was "running" on the elliptical for 45 minutes to an hour, 3 times a week. I would be very diligent for about 2 weeks, then it would be a month before I would start back. Trying CrossFit was one of the best decisions I've ever made and after trying multiple gyms in the KC area, I landed at CrossFit Diem and have been here since. That was about 4 years ago! Coach Luke is an amazing coach and is committed to your success, he really cares about his members and everyone treats you like family! Definitely the best gym in KC!
