Experiencia fantástica: As a new member at this gym I’m impressed with the atmosphere! The coaches are hands down the best and I’ve attended classes at another CrossFit gym, they pay very close attention to your performance, you’re form, and where you’re as far as weight level. Which is what you need to succeed in your workouts. They have a app where you can track your progress and interact with other members, if you choose to do so. Signing up and payment method is very user friendly. The coaches and even the other members hype you up and make you feel welcome! I highly recommend RVC!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member for a year now and I can't imagine this place not being in my life! The coaches are great! The environment is very welcoming and they will help you become the best version you. You don't have to be in shape to do crossfit, you just need to be dedicated to yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my 3rd day attending RVC. I can definitely attest that you will get a good workout every single day. I have attended the 5 a.m. class and Dustin is the coach. He will push you, but he also realizes that people need to ease into it. He scaled down certain workouts for me to make it easier to have success. The facilities are clean and the culture there is warm and positive. The expectation is that everyone encourage others that are struggling. I look forward to going back tomorrow (even though it is difficult to walk at the moment). I know that the pain is part of the process. If you need to workout and have someone push you, then come check out RVC.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome! I dropped in from out of town and was super impressed by how welcoming the owner/coach (Dustin) and the members were. The facility is immaculately clean and the gear is top notch and very well kept. If I lived here, this would be my spot for sure. Highly recommend for CrossFit enthusiasts or anyone looking to try CrossFit for the first time.

Experiencia fantástica: In Arkansas for work. I’ve dropped in at many CrossFit Gyms all over the place. This one is fantastic! Very welcoming! One of the cleanest CrossFit gyms I’ve seen. This gym isn’t a big gym and it’s not too small. It’s almost just that perfect size. They’ve got tons of equipment! And a sweet design of the facility. Dustin was the coach and did a phenomenal job! Extremely impressed with this facility! When I’m back in the area, which I will be. I will definitely drop in at this place again! Highly recommended.
