Experiencia fantástica: Great gym/box. Very nice group of long time regulars. Smart, nice, helpful coaches. Clean and spacious. Good equipment. Ran well. Great place for experienced people and also beginners. Good focus on form and safety. Everything has a scaled version. Not a crazy crossfit cult nor overly competitive but will politely push you to reach your goals.
