He creates a plan that works for you based on your experience level and lifestyle that you can stick to, but will also produce results. He's also just a great guy. He works with a variety of different clients with a variety of different goals, whether it be competitive bodybuilding or to simply maintain an active lifestyle. He keeps his studio very clean and has all the essential machines just like a healthclub.
