Experiencia fantástica: Ballston Crossfit is simply the best. Not ONLY because of the Gym which is full of equipments, spacious and comfortable. Not ONLY because of the surroundings That makes us feel safe. But especially because of staff and community. Begginning from the owner, Tucker. A very special, kind and lovely person. Since the first contact, he welcomed my wife and I so lovely That really touched our hearts, besides being very professional and respectful. His staff is awsome! Coaches in shape, athletic look That serve as examples for the members to follow up and engage. They are well trainned and really know what to do to get the best from the members and help us to improve our skills. Madson and Monika are AWSOME! the community was another important part of our decision to sign up Ballston. Friendly, outgoing and athletic. Simply what we were looking for. We did feel home after the trial class. The Program Trainning are excellent too, envolving all levels, since the beginner to those who wants to became real athletes of the sport. If I had to sum up my experience with BALLSTON CROSSFIT in a single Word, I'd say it: SENSATIONAL! LUNARA & LEANDRO PESSOA.

Very intense positive environment that makes you want to compete even harder against the person to the left and right of you. Excellent program if you’re looking to get in shape and for an evening workout hobby.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym with an amazing coaching staff. The coaches are constantly improving themselves and passing their knowledge on to the members. Very supporting environment for all fitness levels. While some of the CrossFit movements may be really hard the coaches are excellent at making the workouts fit for all levels of fitness.
