Experiencia fantástica: Don’t know where to begin, but simply amazing gym. I’ve been a member for 6 years and it’s transformed my fitness routine and positively affected my life. The professionally programmed workouts are different each day and are instructed by coaches that care. They are able to scale anything to meet your needs. The camaraderie and friendships made come without trying and you instantly are part of the community. You will find your abilities grow and soon will be doing things you never thought you’d be able to do, pushing yourself mentally and physically. I genuinely still look forward to getting to go to NEPA CrossFit on a daily basis, as it’s one of the best parts of my day.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to NEPA CF for 18months and I can not saying enough positive things about it!! I NEVER EVER stuck to any fitness class/routine in the past before NEPA CF..The coaches are so helpful and knowledgeable. They work with your skill set and push you to improve. They care about your fitness! Joining this gym is like no other. The people are special here, there is a sense of family and everyone is so welcoming. I would recommend this gym to anyone!! I never thought I would look forward to going to a gym but NEPA CF has changed my mind!

Experiencia fantástica: No matter what your fitness level the coaches at NEPA Crossfit will make sure you get a safe and effective workout because they genuinely care about everyone in their classes. The coaches and members are all so welcoming and kind. Being somewhat new to the area this is where I have met and made most of my best friends in the area. The community is amazing and that stays at the top with owner, Brennan.

Experiencia fantástica: The BEST gym you will ever go to. From day 1, Brennan has made it clear that ANYBODY, no matter what fitness level, is welcome. He works with you on how to safely do movements and encourages everyone (not to mention makes you laugh!). He understands the importance of rest days and listening to your body. He and the coaches won’t push you past your limits (but will challenge you to your fullest!!) I can’t recommend NEPA CrossFit and all of their staff enough. It’s an amazing community!

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot rave enough about NEPACF. This facility is extremely spacious and has plenty of top of the line equipment. The coaches are fantastic; very knowledgeable and outgoing. There's multiple classes throughout the day and they also offer an open gym for those who want to do their own thing. This gym truly has a family feel to it. Everyone lifts each other up and encourages/cheers other members on throughout the workout. 10/10, highly recommend!
