Experiencia fantástica: *Update* 8 months later, still going strong, 67 pounds down overall! Love this place!!** P6 Crossfit has been a game-changer in my fitness and nutrition. Coach Plank continues to challenge myself and co-workers each and every time we workout. The atmosphere is very welcoming, accepting, and fun! Our group is a bit chaotic, but Coach Plank tolerates us (and laughs with us) everytime! I highly recommend this place to help you reach your personal goals!

Experiencia fantástica: Update: I had to take some time away due to my military obligations but Robert and P6 family made me feel right at home upon my return. Atmosphere still awesome, gym family, still awesome, and still the best place in Lafayette, GA to workout!! P6 has helped me continue my periodic health assessment daily. Sometimes I fail daily but the support group here is phenomenal and they hold you accountable to your own personal goals. The family/community atmosphere inside and outside the gym is inviting for all people of all fitness levels. Highly recommended!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in for a 0500 class. Had a great experience at this gym. Staff was great. Atmosphere was awesome. Gym was clean and equipment was excellent. I look forward to visiting again in the future. As a newcomer I felt very welcome and had a great workout.
