Experiencia fantástica: Mbx crossfit is absolutely what crossfit is about..the community not even the family that mbx holds is not only warming and inviting but its a family full off laughter and fun and sweet kind amazing supportive people the coaches are always there to help with form or technique and the weight will always come no one ever makes you feel out of place or add if you can't do something. When i first started it was after spinal surgery and i was so hesitant and the owner and coach gave me the full confidenve that i can and i did and then i got pregnant and all the coaches and members were supportive with me continuing to crossfit pregnant. I had a super super easy birth thanks to crossfit and now i am ten months post partum and totally back in shape! This box is not only organized and have great class times but the programming is intese and harder than any box in the valley and it truly makes you feel like you can and will one day achieve regionald and even the crossfit games..thank you mbx!
