Experiencia fantástica: This is my home away from home. When I first started coming here, just lifting the bar was hard, had to use the training bar. But over the course of just two years I have a clean PR of 130lbs and snatch PR of 100lbs. The coaches here are focused on helping you get stronger AND use correct technique. The community is encouraging and always pushes me to keep getting better. I have made life long friends and set PR after PR.
