CrossFit^® Lorton

Experiencia fantástica: I was here working out almost daily while I was in the DC metro area. I was very impressed with everyone of the coaches and office staff. They made billing and membership a breeze. I go to many CrossFit gyms a year due to traveling and this is by far the best one I’ve been too. I absolutely LOVE the programming Hannah does. It truly is different from all the other CrossFit’s. I can’t recommend this gym more to anyone. The coaches will tailer everything for you and truly work one on one with you. Very impressed.

Experiencia fantástica: Our family has been doing CF for over 10 years, and have been at a lot of CF gyms. We've been at CFL for over 5 years, and it really is great overall. It is a big facility, it has thoughtful and effective programming, good coaches and lots of class time options. One note of caution if it's important to you - some accommodations are made for mitigating covid risk but depending on your class times/sizes, it works some days/workouts better than others. Overall, we would recommend it.

Experiencia positiva: This is the largest CrossFit gym that I've ever seen. They offer a variety of classes depending on your goals. Their coaches are excellent at motivating you too keep moving. The community is welcoming and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never been to crossfit before and was intimidating for me to start but from day one I felt no pressure. Coaches are great and they helped me along the way. Other member are all encouraging and supportive. Facility is well kept. Once you start here, you may never go back to normal gym again.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm new to the CrossFit world and all I can say is that CF Lorton is a great place to work out. The WODs are demanding and challenging but with room to scale down if needed. Moreover, every single Coach I have interacted with has been nothing but great, very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and they have made me feel that I'm already part of the CF Lorton family. I absolutely recommend CrossFit Lorton for a great workout and experience.
