Capital District YMCA - Troy Branch

Experiencia fantástica: Great neighborhood gym! Hopefully the pool and sauna will be open again one day, but it otherwise has everything I need in a gym. Every staff member has been super nice and helpful, and the exercise equipment and facilities are in good shape.

Experiencia positiva: I love this YMCA and miss it so much. Any reason why it's still closed? I understand it closed due to COVID but all the other YMCAs in the area are open. I can't reach the front desk to ask when it will open again. Please open up soon, I hate my current gym (not a ymca).

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to the YMCA for years.. I think it's a Great place to ????????workout. The Staff is very friendly and helpful always making sure your workout goes smoothly... The clients are just as friendly and a pleasure to know, Great workout ???????????????? Buddies.... I would recommend the YMCA to everybody......

Experiencia positiva: Everything I need for a good morning workout. Just wish there was an extra racquet ball court.

Experiencia positiva: It's not best of the best Ys, but it's OK. A lot of equipment they have at their gym is older than other Ys. People at their day care center aren't friendly. Overall, I would say it's "so so". They need a lot of improvements.
