Onelife Fitness - Douglasville

Experiencia negativa: While the facility is nice, and instructors amazing, corporate embodies the worst of corrupt capitalism. They will do anything to keep charging you and care nothing about your personal situation. I have been trying to cancel for 6mos, was misdirected by an employee, left to believe I had done what was needed, and the company just pretends like it didn't happen. The employee even told me that there was no number I could call, that it had to be a specific email address. He gave me the wrong address, and lied about there being a number to call. Here I am 6 months later with emails to support my story, with no help, and still getting blown off being told they are going to charge me more.

Experiencia positiva: It's a great gym I would almost give it a five star. They're starting to slack off under cleaning and keeping the lockers clean. They are starting to look like the LA fitness across the street. Half of the staff members are friendly and the other half are not very friendly and they barely even look at you to say hello or good morning. The sauna has been broken about 2 weeks and they still haven't fixed it yet, to me the sauna is one of those they have to fix right away to keep on running. And I feel that they don't pressure to get it fixed right away. They just don't care !!

Experiencia fantástica: Great experience every time we go. Staff is friendly and supportive! Gabi, the front desk manager, is so efficient! She knows all about the gym and is timely in customer satisfaction. She keeps that place ran well! Greets you well and personally knows almost all the members! Feels welcoming and nice!

Experiencia positiva: I toggled between 3/4 stars. I love this gym *compared to other gyms.* It's never clean though. Never. I have never ever seen a staff member wipe down equipment. Members wiping down equipment is also not reinforced. At all. That's what makes me want to stay home. I haven't had a creepy experience with men surprisingly, though I do spot eyes from time. Probably because I utilize the turf for most of my exercise. I really, really enjoy cycling. However both cycles have been broken/wobbly since last year and nothing has been done to fix or secure them. Not hard to notice when it's just two bikes. The gym lockers are dusty. The shelves need to be clean. I would use a private gym but this is the best bang in my area. The bright lights is the ultimate win for me.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. Huge equipment selection. They keep everything clean and have large locker rooms. I've enjoyed taking the classes and using the pool which is all included in the membership. They even have hydro massage beds which are heavenly after a workout.
