Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to Fitness 31 for over 3 years for both private training and group classes. Highly recommend, both professional and personable. The accountability that comes from working with a private trainer cannot be overlooked and the group classes are hi-energy and the other women are fun and encouraging. Michelle has an knack for knowing what you need each session, dialing it up when you need some motivation and down when you're struggling. Nutrition is also a focus and Michelle knows what fuels the body and what can derail your best efforts. I've never been healthier and appreciate everything Fitness 31 has done to keep me on the right path forward!
