Experiencia positiva: What I like about this place are the low cost of membership, the ample available parking, the wide variety and availability of cardio machines. The cardio area never has very many people in it. I also like the lockers that just use a code to lock them. What I don't like is that the weight room is kind of small. There are usually a lot of people in it, and several of the machines aren't in very good working order. I also joined a couple weeks before they changed to summer hours which are very limiting and a change I didn't know was coming.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, welcoming, non-judging, has state of the art exercise equipment, very clean and the Tai Chi class is very good. Reasonable and affordable rates for what the membership includes. So glad I decided to join! I'm a 62 year old female with a diagnosis of heart disease. My goal is to get back into a healthy state emotionally, physically and mentally. This facility is exactly where I know I will achieve my goal.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean, spacious. Best to time it outside of busier hours as every other cardio machine is blocked due to COVID. I hope their mask policy gets more lenient as the omicron wave dies down. Affordable gym and close to midtown. Not all the bells and whistles that large corporate gyms have but simpler, easier to sign up and cancel, and very conveniently located.

Experiencia positiva: I could have given 5 stars for it's amazing setup management but a star less is for it doesn't have everything. It's perfect if you are looking for a small, cozy gym with enough equipments and classes for fitness. It has commendable size cardio and weight training space along with sports space on the basement. There are two huge basketball courts with place and equipments for badminton, dodge ball, pickle ball. But if you are looking more of a training place CHFL isn't the place. It doesn't have a swimming pool and a running track and sets of equipments are also limited. Still I love it, the friendly staff, free towel service with membership, shower and locker room have locker with digital locks and fitness class available throughout the week. I recommend it if you want a friendly gym without a pool.
