Experiencia fantástica: I've attended MANY yoga classes. Was even in Dharamshala (home of the Dalai Lama) on India'a 'National Yoga Day' where two days prior I was 10' away from his holiness himself. Nothing to do with yoga yet still a magical experience. The yoga-ing in that part of the world...less magical than Leslie's Thursday night yoga classes at the River Rd Courthouse in Salem. If her solid musical tastes were not enough to facilitate a pleasant Hatha experience, her knowledge of Yogic philosophy, comical quips, pleasant demeanor, and consistently challenging yet therapeutic (and with enough variety in technique to aid even beginners) keep me coming back week after week.

Experiencia fantástica: Went in for a workout and it is a good place for it. However the staff there is what rocked the best. I thought i left ALL my cards there license, credit, even Costco and a panda gift card w $20 on it. They were the utmost help. I FOUND MY CARDS. They weren’t there and we won’t talk about this ????

Experiencia fantástica: If you want a clean and organized place to go for your workouts ✓ Plus, one must think ahead for your own health/safety (and if you have an elderly/health impaired person in your life that goes with you) the staff is top shelf and if there were ever an issue, I trust they would respond faster and with accurate training in emergency situations over other gyms.
