The instructors are incredible and committed to offering options at all skill levels…. As someone who hasn’t exercised consistently since college and now 4 kids later, I’m so grateful to implement Blend into my life.

Experiencia fantástica: I am grateful to have such an amazing yoga studio in SH. It is truly the highlight of my day to attend a class there. The instructors are so kind and welcoming. Especially, as a beginner I felt comfortable coming in and learning. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: This yoga studio is amazing. Lots of classes of all types, and absolutely phenomenal instructors. I’ve been going a little over a month now and I haven’t had a less than excellent class. The instructors as well as the patrons here are welcoming and warm. Even if you’re new to yoga, you don’t feel out of place, but they offer challenging adaptations to those above my fitness level as well. This place makes me excited about the future of my yoga practice (which has a LONG way to go)! I’m so glad Safety Harbor has this wonderful place to go to! ❤️❤️❤️

Experiencia fantástica: Love Blend Social! This is the best Yoga studio I have ever attended. The place is spotless clean, beautiful and the classes are amazing. I'm a beginner but I have noticed how practicing Yoga at Blend has transformed my life in the last 2 months since I joined. My regular instructors are Bri and Larkin and I could not be more Thankful!! for their amazing classes and such a nice community of great people at this studio.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to a community class in January and just never stopped going back. The flow classes are perfect for any level of yoga and the instructors are beyond amazing. Blend is also a favorite although the times for that don't work for my schedule as much. They make me feel so welcome and part of a fit family which is something I haven't had in years. I've felt and seen some amazing changes and I'm just about 90 days in. It's definitely a gem of the harbor and I highly recommend trying any and every class as none of them disappoint. It's a beautiful studio kept very clean and they take great care of everyone coming to practice with them. I love Blend Sweat Social in my Harbor!
