Experiencia fantástica: This studio is amazing! Great teachers, great community! This fitness studio has moved all classes to Zoom to follow state and local safety guidelines. Positive and upbeat, the teachers are helpful and encouraging to all. They're innovating ways to stay connected via Zoom and even still creating opportunities to perform.

I’m dancing with professional people there all so talented and nice. I’m latina,chubby and barely know English , and they all make me feel welcomed.

Experiencia fantástica: Bastet Dance Fitness Studio is an amazing, fun and supportive environment. I have been dancing with Stephanie for over 2 years and she is a wonderful instructor. She has taken the time to ensure that all of the instructors at Bastet offer an environment that encourages growth for every member of the class. I love the variety of classes offered. It’s great to be able to get cardio, strength training and dance classes all at one place. Bastet is a place that I can take care of myself both mentally and emotionally. Not to mention all the fabulous friends I’ve made! I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a safe space to challenge themselves and have new experiences!

Experiencia fantástica: I took a Stretching and Foam-rollering class to help my aching muscles after four straight days on duty. Stephanie was patient, and gave clear instructions. I learned the proper way to use my foam roller. The space is comfortable and everyone was very friendly.
