Experiencia positiva: I'm taking PT here and am forced to wear a mask. PT patients share the gym and space with non PT regular dues paying gym members and they aren't required to wear one (which is great) but we all share the cardio equipment side by side. It makes ZERO sense. PT patients should NOT be forced to wear a mask, it's unreasonable and frankly disgusting and unhealthy. Stop the insanity!

Experiencia fantástica: Lived here in Lee county for over 30 years. Back in April of 21 I decided to do a half Ironman triathlon. I needed a gym with a pretty decent sized pool. I was going to the Wellness Center in the Cape until I recently moved to Fort Myers. I LOVE this gym and couldn't be more happier with the facility and my nutritionist Shannon. If you are looking for a resort style gym then please go somewhere else. Real athletes and people who actually put in the work to get into better shape love this place. I'm currently training for a full distance Ironman and the Chicago Marathon and can't wait every day to get off work and go to "my second office."

Experiencia fantástica: Gorgeous facility! I adore the aquatics program. Veronica is an exceptional instructor, and Emily is both calm and kind (important for yoga!). The locker rooms are on the small size, but that's not been a problem because it's still a well-kept secret.
