Experiencia fantástica: Firstly want to say I've lived here in Mt Prospect for four years now with three children of varying ages and have been very pleased overall with the parks, park district, events and family offerings- this town is GREAT!! Specifically though, I've been inspired to jump on here to say a huge thank you to Heidi in park services for her recent help in securing a permit to use the park near me. I contacted her outside of the two week notice you're supposed to give and she was wonderful- jumped on my request as quickly as she could and helped me throughout with what I needed to provide the district. So thankful for such wonderful caring staff in this town!
