Experiencia fantástica: The family pool is huge... I exercise by walking the pool then get into the hot tub and relax... Good vibes always... People are very friendly and so is the staff

Experiencia positiva: I really liked this place when I first signed up. I come exclusively for the pool and pay full price for membership. However, they are struggling with hiring lifeguards right now (which isn't necessarily their fault, that's a problem everywhere right now) so the pool schedule is restricted and constantly changing. Plus, guest passes are back which means the pool is basically packed and unusable in the summer. I wish they would implement member/adult only hours in the evening in the activity pool so I can do my physical therapy without being splashed and jumped on by kids, just give grown folks an hour so we can do our exercise ya know? I'm not a lap swimmer and the competition pool is severely reduced in the evenings anyway due to swim team practices and yet you are cutting evening activity pool hours. I work full time and can only come after work, if you are going to restrict pool hours, why not do it during the day? Are you going to reduce my membership dues since you are basically cutting the after work hours? I'm at the point where I'm questioning whether a membership is worth it with these pool restrictions and how packed it is. I wanted to edit this to say the pool staff has actually gotten a lot better, more kind and less authoritarian, so that's good.

Experiencia fantástica: The customer service is superb, people always smiling and willing to help. Center is clean and spacious . I love the ability to go outdoors and walk the track or simply enjoy the scenery .There are so many options to exercise / improve your physical and mental state. ( gym, swim) Really love it .
