Experiencia fantástica: Gyms clean, equipment is mostly new, staff is nice. However, this is all overshadowed by men’s locker room being riddled with (mostly old) guys walking around with their pieces out; typically, while their towel is over their shoulders and not their old man parts. I do understand this is a changing room and nudity is inevitable, but shaving your face while completely naked without covering up seems a little disconcerting. The examples are endless. NCH had a mask mandate for a while to protect their staff and clients, I believe they should enact a new towel mandate (specifically in the men’s locker room)…

Experiencia positiva: Newly renovated however gym seems smaller than before. Outpatient therapy and employee health have been added/expanded which has taken over valuable gym space. Otherwise gym appears modern and clean.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my gym. I been a member 11 years. The people who work here are the best. The people I work out with are friendly and fun. You can be yourself and not worry no matter your size or level of fitness. Very clean. I love Nicole the massage therapist.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this NCH gym! Craig Is a massage therapist who is excellent with a depth of therapeutic experience. He sees the need for flexible options, I see him on Saturdays, but hope he is able to open up hours on Wednesday evening. The employees in the physicians group appreciate being able to take advantage of this service. I have been getting therapeutic deep tissue massage for 30 years and realize its importance in maintaining healthy lifestyle. Thanks Craig and to those who hear us ???? Craig will start offering availability on Wednesday’s for those of us who work as late as 6-6:30 appts. Starting 1st week in September. Exciting! Had a massage with Diana, using hot stones-cupping-and aromatherapy makes the experience the total package. She also does lymphatic massage.
