Experiencia fantástica: First and foremost, the staff is very nice and helpful. The team member up front (Sammy) stopped what she was doing to help my wife and I find the location of the workout we signed up for, as it was our first one. The group instructor (Liz) was awesome. She was encouraging and very attentive through the entire workout, making sure we knew how to do each exercise. The group of people participating in the workout were very welcoming and encouraging, too, making the experience that much better. We are looking forward to more small group workouts in the future, and to take advantage of all the other programs the Y offers.
