Experiencia fantástica: This place is the BOMB!! They have a Huge cardio and circuit training with multiples of everything for all levels of fitness. The weight room is massive also. There is yoga Monday and Wednesday mornings at 815am and Brazilian jiu jitsu also. When you join, one of the several fitness trainers will custom build a workout for you based on what level of fitness you are and will continue updating that as you progress! They also have a wonderful space with a hot tub, sauna, and steam room!! They have a smoothie bar and the environment is great for ALL AGES!! They also accept silver sneakers through humana! I am 37 and that is what I have! And the membership is only like $15/ $20 a month!! Come to YOUR own gym that has precedented all of the gyms in Gulfport since the early 80's
