Experiencia positiva: A 15 day notice is needed to make any changes to the account :-( I called them today to make a change, one week before my billing and they said not possible. We had family membership and could hardly use the facility. This place could have better and a few more options for timings of group fitness classes. The staff works hard but the billing department could be more flexible.

Experiencia fantástica: This YMCA is very nice, stylish, clean and sanitary. I appreciate all the staff does to keep the gym and locker areas cleaned. My son gets 2 hours of daycare and playtime with activities provided. He has a blast. There is 2 indoor slides and one is very kid friendly. The bigger one you have to have at least a yellow band which is great for safety for the kiddos. My family comes several times a week. We love it here.
