FirstHealth Fitness - Raeford

Experiencia positiva: I have use the gym here and the pool. Staff is very friendly and the gym is small but it has pretty much everything you need and it doesn't get as busy as other gyms so it makes it nice. The pool isn't deep but it's a nice place to take your kids for some swimming during free swim hours also they do offer swimming lessons.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff and the fitness area are the best! And there is an indoor pool!!! There are so many classes being offered. I'm usually here 4 days a week. I love working out, chatting with friends, taking the water aerobics classes, and jumping into the hot tub. But what makes this place great are the people - the staff and the other members. I consider every one of them as friends.

Experiencia fantástica: My oldest child is enrolled in swimming lessons with Mr. Ferguson! Awesome instructor. He truly loves what he does and takes the needed time with the children. I have no regrets whatsoever!
