Experiencia fantástica: This is a wonderful little gym. It is frequented by an older crowd and hospital employees so everyone is quite respectful. In other words, no meatheads here. This gym is relatively small, yet still has most of the essential equipment. Being as it is so small, it can feel a bit crowded around 5 pm, but the crowd here pales in comparison to the one you would find at an LA fitness or 24 hour fitness around the same time. The stretching area doubles as the space where they host the spin classes, so during these times, one must stretch either near the weight stack or outside. This is perhaps the only downside to this gym. There is also a pool here with about 5 lanes (also, no jacuzzi here). This also tends to fill up during rush hour. The locker rooms are basic (no sauna, no steam) but always remain clean and stocked with fresh linen and paper towels.

Experiencia positiva: Small and uncrowned. Friendly staff and customers. I can workout without waiting on equipment.
