Eden Roc Miami Beach

Experiencia fantástica: I've never had a more kind welcome when walking into a hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and the bartender was very sweet and informative. The jets in our bathtub didn't work, but we weren't too bothered. Upgrade to a beach front view, it'll make every morning and evening so much more special.

Experiencia positiva: The spa lobby is deceiving-from the exterior it looks like any smalll shop in a hotel. But from the moment we entered the spa lobby it was set apart from the hotel. It was tranquil, with muted colors, welcoming scents and the staff slowed down to provide an extra sense of calm. Beyond the lobby, awaited a beautifully decorated, courteously staffed and well stocked/equipped spa. The couples massage room was wonderful and staff were so attentive. The tranquility room has a way of transporting you out of your busy life and into a peaceful spa mindset. The locker rooms offer sauna, hot tub, a cold plunge and more. Along with a place to lounge after your services. Our only downside, is it’s pricey. Otherwise, We highly recommend this hidden gem!

Experiencia fantástica: This hotel was absolutely amazing!!! My daughter and I stayed for an Aspen retreat and they did not disappoint. The spa was the best experience I've ever had. The service from the restaurants to the bar to valet were 5 star. I am from Las Vegas so I know what great customer service should be. Nothing short of an amazingly peaceful, relaxing and beautiful hotel. I plan to definitely go back, can't wait!

Experiencia fantástica: Eden Roc is the best place to stay in Miami Beach. It is an enormous campus that also houses Nobu Hotel and Restaurant. The food is divine, there are tons of vegan and healthy options, and Malibu Farm is so beautiful and located en plain air right on the beach. The spa is over 100,000 square feet, and it includes a killer boutique, salon, and fitness center, and the staff are awesome. The hotel is so clean, and it still has the charm and beauty of when it was built in the 1950s. The housekeeping staff is excellent and thorough, abs the front desk is friendly and efficient. Five stars all around!
