Experiencia fantástica: My first week at this gym and everyone is super welcoming and friendly. The workouts are tough, well explained and adjustments explained for injuries, with lots of encouragement from the coaches and members.

Experiencia fantástica: First time cross-fitter here. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Coach Micah was very friendly and welcoming as was the rest of the group there...even though it was 5:00 am. Coach Micah was willing to modify the exercises for me as I was new and took the time to walk me through each one. He made sure everyone was doing the exercises correctly throughout the class. I never felt out of place even though I needed extra attention. It was a fantastic experience overall!

Experiencia fantástica: The atmosphere is inviting and the coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. After 6 months, my wife and I have seen awesome results. The people are encouraging and feel like family. We look forward to working out every time.

The coaches have the skills to guide you through the complex movements, as well as the ability to adjust the workout for you when needed. The programming accommodates all fitness levels from beginner to elite and everything in between. Overall this gym... and everyone who works here... Rock.
