Experiencia fantástica: I love coming here for the pool and steam room/ sauna. Everything is clean, and so far all the staff I've met in passing have been friendly. One day I may buck up the courage to use more of the equipment, and then I may have more to comment on, but until then it's been a great experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Life guards and gate lady super rude and unfriendly not understanding AT ALL. FIVE STARS FOR THE Facility ITS self and upper management that the gate lady sent me to and they very nicely heard me out and did use common sense to resolve the issue. Great place to families just don't take no stuff off the gate lady she don't know what she is talking about! and would have me pull 5 kids from the water slides if I didn't pay a 4 spectators fee that I wasn't told about when I bought all my kids tickets in the main building. I thought I'd be able to just go in and watch them without paying but now she was ready to make me take my kids out home crying and disappointed because I was never told about the fee when I bought my tickets. Management gave me a day pass when I explained what I explained to the gate lady. So it's unfortunate that she was like that.
