Experiencia fantástica: Great gym and great pool and great classes

Experiencia positiva: Positives: friendly staff, good hours, clean facilities. Negatives: Extremely laissez fair attitude towards fixing broken equipment. At various points in the last year both stationary bikes needed repair. Instead of getting them fixed they just removed them from the floor. Same with an elliptical. Sat with the “needs repairs” signs for a few months and was then moved to an adjacent hallway to rot in some different real estate. The men’s locker room steam facility has been out of order for at least the last six months. Members got an email that there is a malfunction with the pool. Hopefully they can get that sorted out in the next month.

Experiencia fantástica: The Covid really hurt this business! We were able to have several people in the pool at a time. Now we only can have 4 per half hour. The gym used to be very busy, now the parking lot is empty. Come on guys!!! Get back to your usuall routine! Let's get back to normal! We need you!!! Penfield Sports and Fitness helped me after several surgeries. The Salt Water Pool is a God Send! Would not be where I am if it wasn't for that pool!
