Experiencia positiva: In general Spa Cove is decent. We have had some minor issues but all in all they are decent. They should read up on the contractors they hire. The maintenance people are very nice and prompt. The office people are nice and professional with the exception of one. Deal with Vanessa she is always nice, professional and understanding. With new management taking over I think Spa Cove is moving in the right direction.

Experiencia fantástica: I was about 5 minutes away from signing a lease at Spa Cove apartments, but then had to withdraw my application at the last moment for reasons unrelated to my experience with the apartment complex. In fact, I had a fantastic experience with Spa Cove, and want to give praise to the staff there who were nothing but friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful. This was particularly the case with Kimberly M., who ended up handling a majority of my phone calls and emails. On more than one occasion, I had to call the complex at the very end of the business day with some issue or question and every time that Kim answered, she was a pleasure to deal with. When I had issues with my application, she reached out via email to help me resolve them. I actually felt a real twinge of guilt about withdrawing because of how awesome she had been. To prospective renters: aside from the above, here are the factors that attracted me to this apartment complex. It's quiet, has decent floor plans with nice-sized patios, and is in a great location; it's on the water and next to Truxton park, which has some nice trails, especially for dog owners. The fact that it's off of a low-traffic street is another big draw. Lastly, reviews found on multiple locations online tell a consistent story about people generally being satisfied with this place. Personally, after having looked at EVERY other option in the Annapolis area, this complex was the clear winner.
