TGH CrossFit^® (Train Grand Haven)

Experiencia fantástica: I visited from out of town and wanted to try something new. A friend recommended this gym as it endorsed all the benefits of cross-fit style approaches and none of the cliches. The staff were knowledgeable and skilled at all levels of instruction. The facility is efficient and well constructed and kept pristine by staff and customers alike. It seems to have attracted the best of Grand Haven's athletically oriented. Certainly an underated gem clearly doing things right.

Experiencia fantástica: New to the area, TGH dropped me in and made me feel like part of their gym family. The environment is positive and welcoming. Cassie/Mike bring an exert level of training to the table and truly care about each and every one of their members. Thanks again y’all!

Experiencia fantástica: I would rate TGH higher if I could. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming. The gym is always kept very clean and the equipment is top-notch. The best part is the coaching. I travel for work and drop-in to other CrossFit gyms on occasion. Coach Cassie is by far the best coach I've worked out with - seriously next level coaching. She has the ability to teach the fundamentals and make sure all movements are safe, no matter what your experience with CrossFit is, and does so in a way that makes you feel comfortable and wanting to come back. I would highly recommend TGH to anyone, whether you're experienced, looking to drop-in, or wanting to start your CrossFit journey.

Other CrossFit gyms I’ve been a part of have brought a lot of drama and politics into the gym and I’m thankful that this is not the case here. We are all here to get stronger and healthier together and that’s what it should be about.
