CrossFit^® Allendale

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Allendale is by far the best gym experience I have ever had! Coach Josh and Kate do a great job of teaching and meeting you wherever your fitness level is. They along with the people you are in class with motivate you along the way and it is a great environment. When you join CrossFit Allendale you are joining an awesome community not just a place to workout.

Experiencia fantástica: As a long time crossfitter me and my husband have been to many gyms starting with our first gym in New Jersey, CrossFit Shrewsbury. It was an amazing gym and so unbelievably professional. As we made our journey back to Michigan we tried several gyms but none of them could live up to what we were use to until we found CrossFit Allendale. Everyone is so amazingly nice and supportive and the coaching is top tier. The overall atmosphere is one of the best boxes we have been to and we are so glad that we found this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about CrossFit Allendale. The coaches are amazing. Their programming is never dull and has significantly increased my strength and stamina. The workouts can be scaled to accommodate any fitness journey. The community built by CrossFit Allendale makes an early (545am) gym session enjoyable. I’ve made friendships and gotten fitter since I came to CFA 4 months ago.
