Experiencia fantástica: I love love Empower Fitness! I was always athletic growing up, but through a stressful nursing career and raising a family with young kids I slipped further away from who I wanted to be both physically and mentally. This gym, its coaches and the amazing members have welcomed me and pushed me. I'm sleeping better, feeling happier in my skin and getting so strong! I have support in person and online. The variety of classes keeps me interested and the feeling of accomplishment keeps me returning. Check this place out, you won't regret it! ????

Experiencia fantástica: Empower is more than a gym! Every women, regardless of their body type or where they are in their fitness journey, is welcome! I am proud to belong to this gym! The work outs are challenging and if I need to modify any of the activities, I can. The support of the whole group is amazing! Never judging! We do so many activities outside of the gym too! Definitely my tribe!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member to empower fitness for a few years now. Everyone is always so helpful and there is absolutely no judgment when you walk in the doors. The coaches are always there to help and making sure you are using correct form. We have so much fun while doing our workouts. Niki and the coaches are always adding new things in to make workouts different and enjoyable. Hands down the best place to be!

Experiencia fantástica: I have never been able to stick to something as long as I have Empower Fitness! The women are inviting, friendly and FUN. The coaches are helpful in ALL that is needed. They will help you understand the right way to do movements as well as correct you if you are not doing it right. They always have a good way to modify, if it is needed WITHOUT judgment! My, personal road in Fitness is very curvy with lots on holes, but I am stronger yet with this group of women and we are all STRONGER TOGETHER!
