Experiencia fantástica: This place is amazing! Coach Beaux and the staff are TOP NOCH. The classes are capped at 8 so you can feel comfortable and safe right away. I’ve always been a “globo gym” kind of guy but that has never driven any real results. The individual coaching, excellent community, and competitive spirit of CFA has me in the best shape of my life at almost 40!! With a new WOD everyday I never have to plan my workouts…just show up!

Experiencia fantástica: Each class is a small group of people (8 max) so you’ll get plenty of attention from your coach/trainer. They help correct your form to ensure you’re not straining anything. You’ll get one on one sessions with the head coach to help you make a plan/goal. It all helps to stay committed to coming in everyday, since you know most of your classmates and have a goal in mind every time you step in the gym. *Be warned though, afternoon classes are hot, temperature-wise* I don’t mind it as much, but it can affect others negatively.

From the moment I walked through the door for a 'No-Sweat' intro, to my first Foundations class, I knew this place was unique and of the highest caliber. I greatly appreciate that he cares about the members and tailors the workout to fit you in your journey. CrossFit Alanis has changed my life for the better!

Experiencia fantástica: Well I was little skeptical before joining because I was not sure if it will help me in reaching my goals of loosing weight and increasing my stamina. But in my first consultation with the coach Beaux I was assured that I will get the desired results which I was expecting. I trusted him and now in two months time I am seeing the results by already down by 10lbs in weight and having increased energy level. Very happy that I took the decision to join. Coach is very patient and spends a lot of time with members by teaching them the basics of doing each exercise properly. Would recommend everyone that instead of joining a gym join this place and you will thank yourself for making a good decision.
