Experiencia fantástica: I love Swerve Fitness so much!! They really lift you up and the instructors are so positive and encouraging. The ZUMBA classes are incredible... just what I've been looking for!! I signed up for the unlimited monthly pass, and go every day because it doesn't feel like exercise it feels like an actual dance party. I've only been there for two weeks and I already feel so welcome even though I had never come in for a class before. I also have tried their hip hop fitness and trap yoga. The hip hop class is a BLAST. I came into trap yoga not knowing yoga at all and having bad experiences with yoga because I wasn't flexible to begin with. The instructor was so accommodating and there were zero expectations. I also love the body positivity and being in a yoga class with diversity. I love that this center offers so many classes because paying a membership at a normal gym and only getting a handful of dance fitness classes doesn't cut it for me. Having the option to dance every day is the BEST!

Experiencia fantástica: I started coming to classes here not only for fitness but to help relieve stress. So far I’ve tried hip hop, restorative yoga, trap yoga, and Zumba. Every class has been comfortable to try as a beginner; I feel completely supported and zero judgement. I love the body positivity and diversity at the studio among both the instructors and attendees, and it’s a local, woman-owned business. There is so much positivity in every class. I leave every time feeling relaxed, like I’ve released stress I’ve been holding onto, and got in a good workout. The class passes and drop ins are extremely reasonably priced. The class schedule also makes it easy to stack classes and stay for two in a row.

Experiencia fantástica: I've just found my new forever workout at Swerve Dance and Fitness!! Awesome staff and patrons! So warm, welcoming and friendly!! I don't plan on working out any where else!!
