Yes, you are considered an athlete from Day One, even if you’ve never lifted a barbell or run unless something was chasing you! The individual attention from coaches and the genuine sense of community is remarkable, and regardless of age or fitness level, you will be welcomed and celebrated for every personal achievement, big or small - even if it’s just showing up! Crossfit Wooster has helped me develop healthier habits, show up for myself AND my friends (old and new), and become physically and mentally stronger than I’ve ever been.

Experiencia fantástica: I started my weight loss journey here and I couldn’t be happier with my results!! Coaching, and atmosphere are very welcoming to anyone and everyone… The members here are also very uplifting and encouraging!!!! If you don’t know anything like I did coming into this they will show you everything, the coaches are very knowledgeable and not pushy either learn at your own pace kinda feel…… If you want to try it out in my opinion this is where you need to go!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
